How do I process a warranty claim?

To start a claim, visit our Warranty page to fill out a form. Once approved, you'll ship your clean socks back to us, and we will issue a credit for a replacement pair.

Where are your socks manufactured?

Every single pair of our socks is knit in our Northfield, Vermont mills. We are proud to be American-made and family-owned.

What materials do you use in your socks?

We primarily use premium Merino Wool for its natural moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties, blended with Nylon and Lycra Spandex for durability and a perfect fit.

How should I care for and wash my socks?

For best results, machine wash your socks in warm water on a gentle cycle with the socks inside out. Tumble dry on low or air dry to maintain the integrity of the fibers.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Vermont warehouse.
